DC Universe Club Infinite Earths

In 2012, DC Universe Club Infinite Earths will be the only place to get true collector 6" character figures not available at retail, including Poison Ivy, Atrocitus, The Flash 1 and Starman. You’ll also receive the club-exclusive oversized figure, voted by fans to be Metron with his Mobius Chair!

• Purchase a membership to DC Universe Club Infinite Earths for $30 and you’re guaranteed to receive all of the official club figures released during the year. Starting in April 2012, there will be 9 monthly 6" figures and 3 "oversized" figures (one shipped approximately each quarter, beginning with the second quarter). You’ll also receive the club-exclusive for 2012, Metron with his Mobius Chair. Characters revealed to date are 6" Poison Ivy, 6" Atrocitus, 6" The Flash 1 and 6" Starman.
• Figures will begin shipping approximately two (2) business days prior to the official on-sale date. Along with guaranteed figures and the club-exclusive, this is one of our members’ favorite benefits because they usually start getting their figures sooner than non-members!
• Exact figures will be announced approximately one to two months before each on-sale date.
• The club-exclusive figure will be shipped sometime around the second quarter of the year. The figure is included in the cost of the membership ($30), however applicable shipping and taxes/fees will be charged at the time of shipment.
• Special convention items, reissues, weapons packs, stands and other accessories are not included. Mattel reserves the right to offer those and any other DC Universe items, and reissue non-subscription items. Subscriptions will not include any additional items beyond those listed here.
• All figures EXCEPT the club-exclusive figure will also be available at MattyCollector.com around the 15th of the on-sale month without the membership. You will have the option to buy additional figures, but availability isn’t guaranteed and the purchase limit is ten (10) per person. Prices for these figures will be $18 for 6" figures and $45 for oversized figures.
• The only way to receive the club-exclusive figure through Mattel will be to buy a membership to DC Universe Club Infinite Earths! This item will not be sold separately on MattyCollector.com.
• For 2012, subscriptions are available for DC Universe, Masters of the Universe® Classics Club Eternia®, Masters of the Universe 30th Anniversary Series and Voltron® Club Lion Force. You may buy as many subscriptions of any kind and in any combination you like and they'll all ship together! (Limitations apply, so please read below for details.)

About DC Universe Club Infinite Earths Memberships

• Memberships are available for purchase from 9/16 at 9 a.m. PT through 10/3 at 11:59 p.m. PT here on MattyCollector.com.
• Memberships are $30 each, plus the cost of the club figures, shipping, and applicable taxes/fees. The club-exclusive figure is included in this $30 membership fee, however shipping/taxes/fees are additional.
• The total commitment for 2012 will be $255, plus applicable fees/taxes and shipping (varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose). You will be shipped 9 club figures (9 @ $15 = $135), 3 "oversized" figures (3 @ $30 = $90) and the club-exclusive figure (included in $30 sign-up fee = $30) for a total of $255 plus shipping/taxes/fees.
• ONCE PURCHASED, MEMBERSHIPS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED.
• When you purchase a membership, your credit card will be pre-authorized for $45, which is the cost of the membership and the first month’s figure, plus the estimated shipping/taxes/fees. Pre-authorization means that the money is reserved from your available credit card balance. This pre-authorization amount is only for credit card validation and should be released in a few days (length of time depends upon your bank). You will then be charged the $30 membership fee, but you will not be charged for the first figure until it ships in 2012. For more information about pre-authorizations, please visit the Shop FAQs.
• Beginning with the first shipment, your credit card will then be automatically charged approximately five (5) calendar days prior to the official on-sale date of each figure. For more information about how subscriptions work, please visit our Fan Forums.
• Applicable taxes and fees may apply depending on your location and are billed with products. Please visit the Shop FAQs for more information about domestic and international taxes and fees.
• Shipping costs apply and will vary depending on the destination, weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. These costs are billed with products.
• All subscriptions ordered by one person (same email address, credit card, address and shipping method) will ship together when purchased in the same transaction. Subscriptions not purchased together will still ship together, with one exception: The first month that any of your subscription orders ship, subscriptions not purchased together will not ship together (estimated January for Club Eternia® and MOTU 30th Anniversary Series, February for Club Lion Force and April for DC Universe Club Infinite Earths). The second time your subscription ships (essentially the monthly renewal), all of your subscriptions will ship together to the same address (estimated February for Club Eternia, March for MOTU 30th Anniversary Series, April for Club Lion Force and May for DC Universe Club Infinite Earths). Say, for example, you purchased two DC Universe Club Infinite Earths subscriptions in one transaction during the July on-sale period and two subscriptions during the September on-sale period in another transaction. When the first club figures are released in April, the figures purchased in July will ship in one package and the figures purchased in September will ship in another package. Then in May, all the figures from all four subscriptions will ship together. This only applies to subscriptions that were not purchased in the same transaction. All subscriptions that are purchased in the same transaction will ship together the first month.
• Should your card expire during the membership period, you’ll be able to update any credit card information. You can also change your billing and/or shipping address.
• Other figures purchased outside the membership are charged and shipped separately.
• You may purchase as many memberships as you want during the on-sale period. There are no limits. Mattel reserves the right to open subscriptions for sale or to cancel them at any time.
